2023 Miss Universe Cayman Islands, Ileann Powery, participated in the 11th annual Meals on Wheels Change for Change Donation Drive where she was a part of collecting donations which helps with the provision of free, hot, nutritious meals to 330 to 350 seniors, the homebound and those with disabilities throughout the Cayman Islands.
